    Quick answer

When should you call a personal injury lawyer?

As soon as you can, and before you give the other side’s insurer a recorded statement. Evidence fades. Deadlines run. Call early and your options stay open while you heal.

    01 How we help

    What you get from us.

    1. Straight advice

Where you stand. Your options. What each one involves.

    2. Paperwork, handled

Forms, filings, agreements. Prepared carefully, filed on time.

    3. Negotiation

Many matters end in agreement. We start there when it serves you.

    4. Court

When a judge decides, you are prepared, and we stand beside you.

    5. Updates

Something moves, you hear about it. What happened, what it means, what’s next.

    6. After it’s done

Every paper in hand. Questions later? Call.

    How it works

From the first call to the final step.

We handle the calls, the forms, and the deadlines. You always know the next step.

    1. First call

Tell us what happened. We listen, ask questions, and tell you where you stand.

    2. A plan in writing

The steps, the likely timeline, and how fees work. Plain English.

    3. We do the work

Filings, deadlines, negotiations, court dates. You always know what’s happening.

    4. A clear finish

An agreement, a signed document, or a court decision. And a firm you can still call.

    04 Common questions

    Straight answers before you call.

Have a different question? Send us a message

What does an injury lawyer cost?

Ask at the first meeting. Before you decide anything, we explain exactly how our fee works and which costs could come up. In writing.

How long do I have to file?

Every state sets a deadline, the statute of limitations. Miss it and the claim can be over. Claims against a city, county, or state agency often need notice much sooner. Call now so we can check your dates.

What if I was partly at fault?

You may still have a claim. Most states cut what you recover by your share of the fault instead of ending the claim, but the rules vary. Don’t rule yourself out. Let a lawyer look first.

Should I talk to the insurance company?

Your own insurer: report the accident, as your policy requires. The other side’s insurer: careful. You don’t owe them a recorded statement. Talk to a lawyer first.

Will my case go to trial?

Most injury cases settle. We prepare every case as if it might not, because a well-documented claim is harder to brush aside.
